Keeping Water Safe

Managed Water Services is a specialist UK water safety consultancy built on more than 60 years of expertise in legionella control, water hygiene and water treatment. Our engineers, risk assessors and support teams work with schools, hospitals, care homes, councils and manufacturers right across the country.

We are always glad to hear from people who take pride in doing technical work properly. That might be an experienced water hygiene engineer, a risk assessor ready for the next step, or someone starting out who wants a trade worth sticking with.

Below is what we offer, what we expect in return, and why people tend to stay.

Most People Who Join Us Stay

Ask around our team and you will meet engineers who joined us as trainees and now run their own regions, and office staff who have been here longer than some of our clients.

That comes down to training people properly, backing them when a site gets difficult, and making sure everyone can see a route forward:

Many of our engineers and office team have been with us for more than five years

A clear route from trainee engineer through to senior consultant or regional lead

Funded LCA, City & Guilds and water hygiene training throughout your career

Direct access to the directors, with no layers of management between you and a decision

We recruit on attitude as much as experience. If you are thorough, straight-talking and happy taking responsibility for your own work, we can teach you the technical side.
