Customer Portal – Your information all in one place

As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, Managed Water Services have launched a customer portal. The portal will improve the quality of service we offer to you by providing better access to information and increased transparency which will in turn improve your overall water system compliance.

If you haven’t logged in by now, what are you waiting for?! The original welcome email we sent you expired after 48 hours. Please contact so we can resend you a login link and your unique username.

Our portal allows you to view upcoming visit details, historic visit reports, open and closed actions, open and closed quotes and all key correspondence. All site visit reports will only be accessible via the portal (they will no longer be sent via email). You will receive an email notification as soon as a document has been uploaded and is ready for you to view, print or download.
